Macon’s Russell Henley will make his Presidents Cup debut on Thursday and will be paired with the No. 1 player in the world, Scottie Scheffler, on the first day of the team competition.
In a four-ball format, Henley and Scheffler will compete against Sungjae Im (South Korea) and Tom Kim (South Korea), teeing off at 12:11 p.m. ET. Golf Channel and Peacock will broadcast Thursday’s action.
The Presidents Cup pits 12 players from the United States vs. 12 players on the International team (outside of Europe). This is the 15th edition of the event, and the U.S. has a 12-1-1 record.
