Raise your hand if you think a trip to Minneapolis for a killer music festival is just what the doctor ordered!
*Raises both hands*
It might not cure all that ails you, but the lineup for the 40th Anniversary of Farm Aid will definitely cure your blues.
The beloved festival, spearheaded by Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, and Margo Price, is headed to Minnesota for the first time in its tenured history.

Farm Aid 40 will rock for family farmers on Saturday, September 20, at Huntington Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
Obviously, the aforementioned board members will be taking the stage that evening (Nelson & Family, Young and the Chrome Hearts, Mellencamp, Matthews & Tim Reynolds, and Price.)
But it’s the additional acts teed up that really have us beside ourselves with excitement and envy.
Billy Strings, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Trampled by Turtles, Waxahatchee, Eric Burton of Black Pumas, Jesse Welles, Madeline Edwards are also confirmed to play this year, and additional artists to be announced very soon.

The musical performances are just one part of the all-day celebration. Family farmers will also feature family farm-identified, local and organic foods as part of our HOMEGROWN Concessions®. The Farm Aid festival is our primary source of funding to support our year-round work with and for family farmers.
General tickets go on sale tomorrow, May 16th. More information and a deeper look at the history of Farm Aid can be found by visiting Farm Aid’s official website.
