On the second Saturday of every month year-round, Wesleyan College invites the Middle Georgia community to enjoy food, art, and music at the Wesleyan Market. The outdoor community event features a variety of locally grown and produced items ranging from flowers and organic fruits & vegetables to baked goods and offerings by local artists. Locally-grown produce vendors will vary monthly, but you’ll usually find the season’s freshest fruits and vegetables, pecans, preserves, perennials, shrubs, artisanal cheeses, eggs, whole bean coffee, cakes, cookies, breads, honey, hand-made soaps, bath & body items, sea salt, herbal teas, boiled peanuts, and more!
You’ll also find more than food at Wesleyan Market. Explore a world of original art by local artists, educational displays, and animal adoptions. Pottery demonstrations and gardening tips from Ask a Master Gardener are often offered.
Wesleyan Market is located by the Wesleyan College parking lot on the corner of Tucker Road and Forsyth Road.
If you’d like to participate as a vendor, please contact the market manager at events@wesleyancollege.edu or (478) 757-5233.
