FRIDAY’S RECAPS

Jones County 51, East Forsyth 21: Devin Edmonds passed for 343 yards and four touchdowns, and Jaivon Solomon had 11 catches for 234 yards and a touchdown to lead the Greyhounds.

Jasper County 41, ACE 31: The Gryphons’ season came to an end despite 173 passing yards and one passing touchdown from quarterback Ace Hatcher. Bryce Whitley had 38 receiving yards and a touchdown and a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.

Perry 38, St. Pius X 13: Reid Ginn passed for 222 yards and a touchdown, and 103 rushing yards and two touchdowns as the Panthers rolled up 408 yards of offense. Decorrion Daniels had two rushing touchdowns, a touchdown catch and 142 yards of total offense.

FPD 34, Bethlehem Christian 0: Major Simmons passed for 144 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Vikings to the GIAA Class 4A championship game. Benjamin McElreath returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown, and Brady Lincoln recovered a blocked punt for a touchdown.
