GABBA Slide Summit Presents Sonny Landreth and Joanna Connor

Acclaimed slide guitarist Sonny Landreth headlines the GABBA Slide Summit on night two at the Grand Opera House, with Joanna Connor opening the show. From southeast Louisiana, Landreth is a musician’s musician. Eric Clapton says, “Sonny Landreth is probably the most underestimated musician on the planet, and also probably one of the most advanced.” Sonny’s innovative guitar techniques and expressive, ethereal guitar work can be heard on hundreds of recordings from artists ranging from John Mayall to John Hiatt.
